Mindfulness drop-in sessions online

													

Our charity offers free drop-in mindfulness sessions on Zoom six days a week. Suitable for any level of experience including beginners, these short sessions offer guided meditation practices and sometimes also include mindful movement.

Delivered by our team of 11 mindfulness teachers, the sessions are on weekday mornings at 8.30am, Tuesday evenings at 7pm and Sunday afternoons at 4pm. Contact us for the Zoom link. Our service is for adults only.
